Photo Restoration FAQ

Welcome to the FAQ section. If you still have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to contact us at info@enchantart.com.

Q. What is PayPal?
A. PayPal is the largest secure online payment service and it's free. It allows you to pay by credit card without revealing your information to the seller.

Q.How your service is different than others?
A. We will treat you and your photos respectfully and individually. All the projects are done by a professional with experience in the field.

Also, all work is done at our location in the United States. It is not sent anywhere else.

Our prices are competitive and reflect the amount of work that a certain project requires.

Q. I click on the "Add to Cart" button and the purchase doesn't appear in the PayPal cart. Instead, there's a message saying, "Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again."
A. This occurred becase you didn't select "Allow Blocked Content" when a bar appeared on the top of your browser, saying that Internet Explorer has resticted this web page. Refresh the page (by hitting the F5 key) and click on the bar on the top. Then click on the "Allow Blocked content" option. You can then click on the "Add to Cart:" buttons, and the buttons will function normally.

Q.Is it possible to send you a original photo?
A. Yes, you can send your original photo, but we recommend to take your photo to any copy service (ex: Kinkos) and let them scan it for you. We cannot be held responsible for any original photo that is lost or damaged in the mail.

Q. Can I send you my photos in a CD?
A. Yes, just make sure the envelope you send is cushioned enough. We will return it to you and add the postal service to your total.

Q. What size should I scan my photo?
A. It is very important that you scan your photo at a high resolution for printing quality purposes. Our advice is to scan your image at 600 dpi so you can print it at any size once it is fixed.

Q. In what format should I send the photo?
A. We accept your photo in JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG and PSD.

Q. It is possible to restore photos with some parts missing?
A. Yes, it is possible. However, it would be very helpful for you to send another photo of the same person or location to make a more effective job.

Q. How long does it take to finish a project?
A. It depends of the work involved. Usually, it can take three to five days for the completion of the work. If we need to take more time, we will tell you at the estimate e-mail.

Q. In which format will I receive my digital images back?
A. You will receive your images in JPEG format. At your request, we can send it in a different format.
